im not up-to-date but i think tobi is actually in obito's body which madara has taken control of thats y the 1 eye thing so tell me if im right or not

no, madara died very young, (the real one) and tobi is not madara's soul in obito's body or whatever, it makes no sense, madara's soul is in madara's body and tobi is obito.

I just think it's Obito. There was a chapter where it showed Tobi standing in a room full of Sharingan eyes (and I mean eyes), and that would allowed him to use the Izanagi whenever he wanted because he could get a new eye any time.
