So the death counter finally moved. Cue the obligatory feeling sorry and thinking of quitting scene. I couldn't be too upset about the fallen friends once I caught my new bros though.

On Route 24 I was so sure I'd get an Abra that Caterpie was at first a disappointment, but thanks to PettyArtist's Nuzlocke I'm actually looking forward to training a Butterfree for the first time ever. And it turned out fine since H.G. Wells was waiting for me on Route 25.

Also, if that Rocket panel is confusing, he's ripping off his street clothes...I always thought it was strange that the guy was normally dressed as an overworld sprite but had a Rocket uniform in his battle one.

Sorry this one's so short and choppy; the gym battle's coming up though, so look forward to that.
