I've been looking forward to this.I can't think of any in-game location to associate with Jirachi, so I just placed her in the middle of a Tanabata festival.
With floaty lanterns.
I dunno if people actually set these lanterns afloat during Tanabata, but it makes it seem like stars so I think it's fine.
