This began with a brainstorm I had with my brother about what The Lost Vikings franchise didn't cover yet. They have already explored old egypt, pirate era, future/post-apocalyptic future, prehistoric times and so on! (not to mention the candy land! O.o)We conclude that what was missing was the nowadays. Hell yeah... War!!
With that in mind I decided to emulate the art from previous games, (but puting some of my style on it) and make a couple of mockups to see how it would come up.It was really fun to do! And I hope you enjoy as much as I doing this!

Would Baleog also get to use a combat knife or bayonet? Not that he probably needs them since he's packing a machine gun. Clever choices for the characters and excellent sprite work. Nicely done.

OR, if the don't pay attention to you
You could make an unauthorized version and put it on the android store, gain massive followers and THEN you sell it back to blizzard

Turning it into a real game would involve a lot of investment, and it could go in vain since I don't own the rights. But anyway, I'm glad you like it!

Interesting idea for a new game Β Β . However, there is only one problem: They don't have any years that haven't gone through... Still, good one!

Wow, that's really good! Looks like an actual legit game. Love the character art on the credits screen. So I take it Olaf still has a shield, Eric a parachute this time, and Baleog a gun. Guess with Eric having a 'chute, Olaf's shield don't offer the same floating function it did before. And with Baleog having a gun Eric don't have to ram things with his head anymore. This should be realized into something playable, really. Sucks that so many great ideas don't.

Lost Vikings was one of the first videogames that I played, I remember it with nostalgic ^_^ You did a so awesome and cute job here, I really laughed and breathed deeply seeing each detail

VocΓͺ nao sabe o quanto eu jΓ‘ joguei esse jogo. Acho que deve ter sido um dos primeiros, se nΓ£o o primeiro, jogo que zerei no PC. Ele e Pitfal marcaram minha boa infancia gamer.
Falando da obra em si, a idéia é de fato ótima, foi uma grande reinterpretação desse clÑssico
