Description The last picture I made of Sara made her look rather dark and gloomy so I thought I make a happy picture of her

Sara is my vampire character in a manga that I'm making. And this picture is completely painted in photoshop.

Nice! I like the silhouette of the buildings, the character design, and the foreshortening on her arm.

But as for the crowd in the midground, bring some people in the front into focus slightly, so that the picture doesn't look washed out.

Very cute design on her outfit i especially like the hand. it shows a degree of fluency to the human anatomy and im completely impressed by that. I really adore your coloring style. The texturing on her clothing is very effective. And the background looks like it took quite the time (with the crowd and everything) The only thing, and i say the only thing (because it's purely opinionated) that kinda bothers me is the coloring of some people in the crowd. the purple, green and blue stood out too much. in my opinion, i think the crowd can be made to be less saturated? = ) because the overly sharp green, red, and blue in that crowd didnt quite match the color scheme of the rest of the pic~

Thanks for the thoughtful comment I think you are right about the crowd... I think I was torn between making it look more realistic or just making everyone very bland and just sort of blend in to the background.
