As usual Jinx, your art is superb. The tattoos, the color scheme, the way that string of chains near the top is blurred and out of focus... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. 
Also, I've always loved the way you do backgrounds. How do you make the backgrounds that you do?

The background is done using textures with the combination of layer blend. The flowery patterns are actually Japanese stencils which I found online. [link]
