God too much fan artNo inspiration
Yeah been playing the Fatal Frame/Project Zero games in a somewhat screwed up order. I bought the second installment of the series when it came out lots of years ago and didn’t really find it so appealing. However thirsting for something a bit spookish after completed silent hill origins (unlocked everything within 4 days, sigh it’s just too short to satisfy) I picked up the 2 other games. So I played trough the tormented and HATED Miku she was slow and her upgrades cost ass and she yelled and squeaked and was just useless except taking pictures of in weird poses. After finishing the tormented I started playing the first game and to my horror (and yes I saw it fuggin coming) you play as Miku. But to my outmost astonishment she actually could run in this game O___o and omg is this game scary… although it uses the cheap tricks like in your face scares but damn… I love Miku now she kicks ass.
So I drew this
She’s pissed cuz they made her a sissy girl in the tormented (tormented by sissiness)

My friend and I bought the series between is pretty much the same order, 2 is still my favourite.
That aside though this picture is beautiful, I love your interpretation of the lovely Miku!

Awesome picture. This is probably one of the first Fatal Frame pieces I've seen and actually liked a lot, lol. ;_;
Yeah, Miku was kind of Rei's slave labor in FF3 and I will never stop making fun of it. But she was pretty hardcore in the first one.

Hmmm I haven’t really looked for fatal frame fan RT so I wouldn’t know if there is some hidden treasure out there – like the saying: there is always someone better than you TT___TT true enough.
HOWEVER I’m glad you found it appealing I’m still pissed over the fakked up way the fatal frame team raped Miku allover >__< I was shocked and horrified (until I found out that I could take pictures of her fu fu fu )
And maaaaaaaaan is SHO short in 2 weeks I had all the accolades and I wasn’t even playing every day SHEEESH

I took pictures of them sleeping, in their underwear and all the fakked up angles I could get, some nice boob shots too (and I aint even in to girls lol but growing up with brothers well it does that to ya XDD)
One of the accolades is a pure cheap shot making an homage to the oldskool scene (which I was a part of for old gamer is old *cough cough*) but still wtf no xtrianglesquareo’s present at dat time so what gives what I miss???
And disappointing storyline does what it does best – old jungle saying fo real
BUT in my book SH4 takes the big price of crappyness I pained myself trough that one took a year and a half from start to completion just because I didn’t want to play it no joke >___< never gonna unlock no nothing there – well I might when I’m 83 toothless and senile lol

This is absolutely incredible. I found this while browsing random fanart and I have to say, oh my God, you are so talented. And yes, Miku is much, much better in the first game.

I actually hope for a career in the game industry I was studying 3D modeling for games at the university but it’s somewhat hard to get in to the biz here in Scandinavia flat no’s with an attached F-U is what you get lol

Eeh, I can't say I've ever heard of many Scandinavian games companies. It must be quite difficult. It's a shame, because you've obviously got the talent. I live in Britain, and I've got a few friends who're having the same problems here. I think it's just a really hard industry. Maybe all the jobs get eaten by Japan or something?
I guess you could always do freelance work, and see what happens from there?

In Sweden we got at least 3 big companies DICE (part of EA made battlefield) Massive ( I’m sure they did something great cuz they got lots of prices) and Starbreeze (darkness and other stuff too)
And yeah it’s a hard biz and I guess freelance is an option however I’d like to be an employee at some place and feel safe lol, maybe one must look outside Europe for work …
In the end I don’t blame the Japanese but I blame EA they keep on monopolizing the western game market by eating small studios like a big fat pig (oh well no work ever at any EA location for me awwww maaaan)

Ah, I think we've only got Rockstar North here, so you're doing better than us. Being in Europe can kind of suck sometimes, though. But I can understand wanting job security. How do you even go about getting a job in one of those places? Maybe they do internship schemes or something?

They got everything from open applications and internship at the game dev studios, and in all honesty if you’re good enough they don’t care about education (the bastards told us at a lecture at the uni)
I guess I’m just not good enough yet but hey I’m working on it
Rockstar north only ey? Dat true? No no name game dev I thought I saw some at games industry but I’m not sure how about Eidos aren’t they located in the UK

I don't know how good you have to be, and I don't know much about it, but you seem really good to me.
And I think so, I'm not sure. They might be down in England. Rockstar North is the only Scottish place I've heard of, but then I might be wrong.

Oh I see Scotland, sorry I’m an ignorant bastard XD Sweden being a rather small place and all that :3 I read United Kingdom and thinks of its one country (England that is) totally ignoring the fact of Scotland and Ireland DX
And I actually lived on the Åland islands (actually I’m there right now DX my mind won’t recognize it tho XDD) a small island that belongs to Finland but ppl on Åland speak Swedish and not Finnish and have their own flag, stamps and so on, not quite the same (cuz small is really to light a word for the Åland islands lolz) but the basic idea and all that XD

I TOTALLY agree with you about the Tormented. Rei was cool, I guess, but Miku was the original ghost-butt-kicker and so when they made her so dumb in 3, I was upset. She couldn't use any camera upgrades! She had some stuff but basically all you got were slow (which, I admit was helpful but a pain) and double, which most people didn't like. They also made her voice a lot higher than in 1. I'm like... so your voice gets HIGHER as you get older does it? Ha ha.
Any way I'll quit complaining now and just say this is an awesome picture. I love it. Nice job on her folded arms and pouty expression. I also like the background ~

OH MAH GAWD how frustrating wasn’t that fakking slow function, I wasted so much film and herbal medicine because of that. Still makes me angry grrrr >___<
