I love how you're going about telling the backstory. Its really letting a lot of Veronica's personality come through.
The last panel does that too XD She apparently thinks running and trying to jump on the cart is better than just saying "Hey! Wait up!" hehe, gotta love Veronica's way of doing things.

Hehe, it should help make the rest of the story interesting too. The giant guy is the calm, average one...and the tiny woman is the eccentric, over the top one in the relationship. I guess you kind of have to be a little over the top to date someone 10 times your size. lol

Yeah, I wanted to really show that with her. I felt that because she's so little, she has to be the eccentric one or she will really go unnoticed. It wouldn't work well if it was the other way around I think...well not with them at least.
On a side note, Sergio is supposed to be around 6ft and Veronica around 6 inches or so...so he's 12 times bigger

Yep. I don't think the story would have the same charm if she was timid, and behaved like you'd expect a tiny person to behave.
Plus its a nice reversal on what you'd expect...the giant guy to be the one who is impulsive and in control.

Yup it's a bit more unexpected (^_^) Not that I don't like the whole damsel in distress by the clutches of a mean yet sexy giant
Although there will be some "initial shock," Veronica for the most part wont ever have a moment where she is scared of Sergio. She wasn't shrunk and thrown into a strange world. Everything was always big to her, so really to her the only thing that is honestly different is Sergio. She's comfortable in her environment, so she ends up being a really confident character. I really liked that.

Poor Sergio. He's in for an interesting time between the tiny lady he ends up dating...and the clan of tiny people living in his walls XD

Hehe, that aspect could make for some humor too XD Especially if they start to burrow through his walls all over the house. He could have a crowd of ladies standing on his sink when he gets out of the shower XD
