Okay I know I'm just probably point out a cliche or something but...outside of people who are homeless/got kicked out by their ex...who actually goes to a public park sits on bench an bawls their eyes out? Who does that? I'm over thinking it maybe.
It is a cute looking comic. Is Dotty blind in her one blue eye? Or is doe she have 2 colored eyes and that's the just the style for blue?

In Leporia, most everything is underground. Up above ground is where one goes to often be alone or just enjoy nature or the various art that's scattered on the surface. It's not really a public park, that's just what most of the surface is like. Even houses are underground, with decorative gardens on top.
Also she is blind in one eye, yes, she was born that way.

I love how vibrant the colours are without being too sharp or rainbowy, it's a very good balance.

I found out using blue for plant greens actually looks better than straight up green, makes them look more like they're reflecting colors around them <3

The blue and purple, clean or hidden in the different hues, really works well together. As you say, the grass helps reflecting this subtle colour theme without it just being pure blue/purple in the whole pic with enough colours to contrast with but still working together.
The colour scheme as a whole pleases me to look at.
