Looks really great, but I would go with a more modern feel, not vintage. I really like the way you used the DOF, the colors match really well together - lips, skin, necklace, blush - but it's too bad the head doesn't fit in the image in its entirety. What lens did you use? That very same Nikkor 105/f2.0 DC I loved in another one of your pictures?

Thank you, Andrei

No... this wasn't the 105-DC lens. It was way too tight to use that focal length.
This lens was Nikkor 24~70 f/2.8G... beautiful portrait lens.
Sometimes I wish it had VR, though, since I drink so much coffee! LOL

Yeah... with a really tight crop like this, there's always a trade-off.
Besides... there's nothing above the top of the frame except more hair! LOL

Thank you, Priyantha

I try to keep the blur effect as subtle as possible, but if you know what your looking at, I suppose it's still pretty obvious! LOL

Unfortunately, I had nothing to do with creating the model ... she came that way! LOL
... nice indeed

Thanks, Masha
Such a wonderful observation
What really strikes me about it is the almost vintage feel ... 1920s?
