Description The image for a layout on HL. I put this off for way too long and got  it done yesterday. Anyone else think that the bay's forelock looks like Joey Graceffa's old Justin Beiber hair....? Or is that just me?

Ahehe sort of. I use Gimp to cut the horses out, then I use Photoshop Elements 10 for the actual maniping and painting and whatnot, then I use GIMP to add the scrolls and name/number. Just cause the interface is easier to navigate in my opinion on Gimp for text and marquee and stuff.  I would do a hair tutorial but it's different every time so I just be like EH NUPE o-o
