Profile for Seborga was already written by Himaruya-san. Sadly he didn't give him a human name. If you ask me his human name is Guido (like the Marquis Guido, Imperial Count of Ventimiglia who apparently donated him to the Benedictine monks of the abbey of Lerino therefore making him independent).
