I really like the perspective on this one. I've been playing around with a new brush that I created. It seems to be really working out for me. Does a brush matter? Yes, to me it does. I hear so many digital artists say that the brush doesn't matter, but it does. It's not the only thing, you need skill of course, but a good brush that can give you detail, stroke variation, value shifts, etc is priceless to me. It means that there's less that I have to paint.Related content

I can just picture a dinosaur hiding in the shadows waiting for prey to walk down the game trail. Very impressive

Wow... what an amazing work you did there. I remembered "Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" by just looking at your work. Great playing with the brush that you just made, it turned out to be a beautiful master piece. Words can't describe how awesome this digital painting is. Even me, I want to explore that jungle and find some adventure with my friends. Kidding aside, is this jungle inside the Bermuda Triangle? 'Cause if it is... that would be amazing! Haha!

The only questions I have are, which brushes are you talking about and what program do you use?
I wold love to try my hand at this for real, but finding the right brush is very important.
It can make or break a picture if you're not careful.
I do love the perspective you have been playing with.
This reminds me so much of two things.
One, Disney's Tarzan; or two, Pandora from the movie Avatar.
It's just so riveting and exciting to see the twisting of those roots.
If I'm right to assume their roots.
Although seeing your version of Pandora would be awesome!

I don't think I could improve what they did in that movie. It was amazing.
About the program. I use photoshop cs6 and I use some nature brush sets and many that I created myself. If you're really interested in doting this, watch FZDesign on youtube. Every one of his videos you could watch 2-3 times just to absorb all the information that's in them. [link]

And as for Pandora... it's 3D...
I think yours would be even more amazing because it would be made by hand.
It would be a really good challenge, and you could put your own unique twist to it.
Although I have been wondering what it would look like if you decided to paint a castle in the sky.
I don't know if you're familiar with Studio Ghibli films, but that one movie 'Castle in the Sky' was awesome.
And now I'm rambling... sorry about that.
