The earth shakes as the Dragstomper, well, stomps about, creating electric shockwaves from its four feet. The Dragstomper has been looking for its mysterious creator, who initially built him as the ulimtate assistant at a powerhouse. But a fatal accident caused the powerhouse to shut down and its creator disappeared. It now wanders the earth, not paying attention to the confused and exasperated faces of many who witness him leaving shockwaves at every turn.
