This is the result of when Hobra-Cobra (A New Villain Appears ) managed to hypnotize Lottie the first time around. He actually brainwashes her to become her evil partner, flipping her name backwards. Lottie became Eittol, an evil, mischievous, and loyal servant to Hobra-Cobra who helps him wreck everyone wherever they go. Luckily, Lottie’s friends were able to rescue and free her of her hypnosis, restoring her back to normal.
