Description
Decided to give a little extra something to complement the last request I had - a personal arch nemesis for the Full House pets (jjsponge120.deviantart.com/art… )! Penguin Pokerface (who is obviously a literal take on the Batman villain The Penguin) has a few sinister tricks up his sleeve!

This is probably my first Loud House Oc (maybe) although eventually all my fanmade ocs will find their way into my main universe (except for Fakemon).
