Description
Melt and colonize Antarctica. A casual game inspired by the board game Settlers of Catan. Melt tiles to reveal resources, harvest the resources, then use the resources to build buildings. Games last only five to ten minutes. I made this game for people like myself who enjoy strategy games but only have five or ten minutes to play.NEW CHALLENGE: I've personally only done this once, but for a super challenge try and make every tile a colony (except for the helicopter and the trophy tile). HINT: wait for an avalanche to cover an existing colony, then melt it last.

This game is insanely well done, without glitch or twitch. I'm a fan of the gameplay style as well as the fun messages that pop up when you get an exclaimation point on the dice. While at first I found the directions a bit tough to understand, I played a bit and figured out exactly what was required. Truly a great piece of entertainment.

I must say, it was the most annoying thing ever. I'd been hoping for that one avalanche, yes, but I got like..six..? It was awful. XD

Wonderful Game. I'm a big "Settlers" fan, having played it long before it caught on.
This game is also Wonderful. It's become my new solitaire.
If I had any critique at all, its that the randomizer seems to hang sometimes on the negative events where you loose resources i.e. the "Uranium Contamination", "Mad Cow Disease", etc. You will go several games and not experience these at all and then have a game where you loose something every other turn. The same is true for the positive counterpart events...they happen in clusters rather than completely randomly. This however you only notice if you play about a thousand games of it like I have!
