Alexis had a big announcement just prior to the annual Fairy Scout cookie drive for this year. After hard work, trainloads of cookies sold, and dozens of merit badges earned, she's obtained the highest honor available in the Fairy scouts: Bunny. Funny, it doesn't list that in the book. Alexis, are you sure that's a real ranking? In addition to a new special uniform, she even gets the honor to have a type of cookie made for this year's drive. She was thinking maybe a carrot cake cookie...

***FLASH***

Due to a continued outbreak of the dread Bunny Pox, that highly contagious fairy disease where the victim starts to look like a bunny, this year's Fairy Scout cookie drive will be done remotely.
The high council of the Fairy Scouts of Avalon will be establishing a direct hot line when the sales begin. They encourage all to order lots and support your local fairies.

When asked, they also inform our readers that there is no rank of Bunny.

In other news, the Fairy Scout association says that they regret to announce, one of their biggest, most successful sellers Alexis has come down with the dreaded scourge, Bunny Pox. She is currently undergoing treatment in the Intensive Chocolate Unit at her local infirmary. She is being held in quarantine until the plague runs it course. As she will be unable to defend her sales title, the Fairy Scouts have decided that they conduct this year's sale in her honor. Alexis, although having developed long ears, a fluffy powder puff tail, buck teeth and soft white fur coating is reportedly doing well in her treatment and expected to make a full recovery. As expected, Alexis, appreciates all the well wished, but she is said to be hopping mad about missing out on this year's cookie drive.
