So I have a list (nice long list) of drawings I need to get done and this ended up being at the top of the list because it's for a contest that ends in a few days and if I win I don't have to draw a prize. I've had the idea for this for a while, but I could never decide who was in the reflection: Brick or Bubbles.

Then I thought up the things behind Brick, which need some explaining

So Brick got extra powers from Him in order to fight Psycho Bubbles, and when he uses these powers he turns into his "Him Brick" form by removing his hat. Many of you know this already. Now even with these extra powers, fighting a psychotic super-powered girl wielding a gigantic axe/meat clever/butchers knife is not easy. In fact Brick is deathly afraid of Bubbles despite how eager he usually is for a fight.

Now fighting Bubbles as he sees it--even defeating her, which is his ultimate goal--is a lose-lose situation. On the one hand, if he loses he dies. But on the other hand, if he wins... he kinda made a deal with the embodiment of evil itself and he will have a price to pay.

To sum it up, Brick is afraid of ultimately defeating Bubbles and taking her place as Him's new psycho killer. Though we're not sure what exactly happened to Bubbles to cause her psychotic break, Him does play a role in keeping the tension high amongst the Powerpuffs and Rowdyruffs. So who's to say Him wouldn't simply "hire" a replacement?
