One of my favorite quotes from Sovereign, the vanguard of the Reaper fleet. In fact, I love everything he says. He could say "rainbow unicorn sparkly tiaras" and it would sound badass. When Shepard talks to Sovereign in Virmire, that is one of the most spine tingling moments in the game. An ancient evil awaiting in dark space . . .

This is Sovereign, Nazara as Legion calls it. A vast sentient machine, two kilometers in height, with indescribable firepower and defenses. Alone in the Battle of the Citadel, Sovereign lay waste to Alliance and Citadel dreadnoughts with a single blow from its guns, and its shielding was so powerful the entire fleet's weaponry could not destroy penetrate it. Yet the most insidious power Sovereign wields is the power to dominate the minds of lessers, to turn them into slaves of its will.

And Sovereign is just one of thousands of Reapers . . . he is only the vanguard. His goal? To usher in his brethren and destroy galactic civilization.

This one was a heck of a lot easier than I expected it to be.
