Was bored so I did this... It actually turned out to be a cool effect as all the slide shows are randomly changing all the time.Rainmeters:

Sorry, I've been working so I haven't been online in a few days. I just downloaded the link and you are right, it's not in RMSKIN format anymore (I don't know why) SO, you should just have to rename the file. Just change the end from .rar to .rmskin and if that doesn't work you have to extract the contents to your skins folder. C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins (substitute your computer user name where mine says "Administrator"
I will also try to fix the file

Thanks for the reply. Renaming the .rar file doesn't work. I had copied the extracted folder to the skins directory, but its a pain to put the skin as each picture frame has to be selected and placed individually to show up on the screen..... and the path for all the picture frames too has to be edited, again individually.
I appreciate your effort, but do try to combine all the frames in a single skin... otherwise a great skin will go down the drain.

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you see the earlier posts, this started out as a screenshot. I didn't make the skin. I just copied the arachnid slide show 25 times and stated that you will indeed have to individually change the path for each individual slide show... I have no idea how to make the skin automatically appear how it looks in the screenshot.
People liked it and wanted it, so I just copied the arachnid skin that I modded, zipped it, renamed it and uploaded it.
I also don't know why it won't stay as an rmskin. I deleted the one that was there and uploaded it again and it's still showing up as a .rar??

Oh, and if you install it the manual way. You will need to right click the rainmeter icon (Down by the clock) and then click "refresh all"

Okay, Try that RMSKIN download (It's added to the preview). I wasn't able to test it because NO .rmskins seem to be working for me. So if you can't install it with the download. Get 7zip. It's a free zip program and you can use to extract the archive.

Oh and once you do get it installed you will need to edit the slides to show "your" pictures. Let me know if you need help with that

I just copied the slide 25 times and put it back in the rainmeter folder... I'll see if I can put it in a rmskin for you.
