When iPhoneography and Jailbreaking combine forces!Due to the recent code update under iOS 4.2.1 I've seen a lot of people asking for an update on this LS. This only supports an iPhone 4 (the new code is different for the 3G and 3GS).
After some HUGE help by the amazing AlcoolGeek , I was able to update this LS to support 4.2.1.
I take no credit for this LS (only the wallpaper). Credit goes to technouse on creating the original LS, which could be found here.
You can add your own wallpaper by renaming it "yourbackground" as a .PNG and then replace the one included. The wallpaper included is my iPhoneography work, then edited to retina display at 640x960 and added a status bar color.

To add 24 hr to this, add // in front of the following lines in the HTML:
currentHours = ( currentHours > 12 ) ? currentHours - 12 :currentHours;
and
currentHours = ( currentHours == 0 ) ? 12 : currentHours;

Do you know why my weather icon stopped working 3 days ago..worked like a charm for weeks, before that...I have internet connection, and it just says N/A..accuweather loads fine through safari or the Accuweather app...I also check my current location on their website, but doiesnt load on homescreen...any ideas?!?!?

i dont know either, but i'm trying to figure it out... it appears to be an issue with parsing the weather data from accuweather; probably from a change if their format... if i can make sense of the code, i'll post it here...

can you use the default Yahoo weather for the code or it doesnt allow "embedding"?

i wanna know how to add a status bar color, cause right now with my wallpaper i cant see the icons on the status bar

The status bar for this LS is actually transparent. SSH into your phone and delete Translucent_Base@2x.png and Translucent_Base.png under the UIImages folder. That will remove the transparency on the status bar allowing you to use other wallpapers.

i dunno what im doing wrong but im running 4.2.1 and using an iphone 4 everything is working fine except for the fact that i cant get the wallpaper to show, it just shows a question mark in a blue box.. any idea on how to fix this? thanks

Hey, is there a chance that letters from other countries can be accepted in this theme, see, I am living in Denmark, and I renamed the days to fit my language, but when I respring my phone it just puts "?" instead of a "Γ¦" or "ΓΈ". How can this be fixed?

Great fix and nice theme.
But I have this problem; I'm from Singapore and when I replaced the var locale to Singapore. The weather becomes 81 degrees :-!
Anyone idea why? Or can someone do the same fix but for no weather?

I like this LS a lot but my problem is that the time is being displayed as 09:01 instead of 21:01 (9:01pm) ... Any way to fix so it show the correct time?

I presume that you already have Lockscreen Clock Hide from Cydia, so go to Settings > Clock Hide and turn off "StatusBar Time" then respring.

Hmm, it does have int support, uses accuweather. ie [link]
to the search form enter your city ie Ostersund, press search, the result is "Ostersund, Sweden"
Now, find in LockBackground.html the "var locale" string and change it to "Ostersund, Sweden", save, respring, done!
Also, set the var isCelsius to true.
ps: I got a friend in Ostersund

Tks! To remove the signal and wifi bars, here's what to do. SSH into your phone, to go this theme folder, delete the folder called "UIImages" and then respring. Just tried it and it worked for me. Let me know if you have any questions.
