About your entry, is a very wonderful one!!!! I specially fell in love with Cocoa's face, she looks like a true super beauty in your style!. When looking at your drawing it gives me the feels of a video game screenshot, the coloring/art style and the overall scenery gives the feel, so pro!
I also like the "conqueror" pose, like "I'm the queen of this mountain of candies", I think the pose and anatomy is on point and the proportions look perfect!
The colors and the theme you choose go perfect with the character, you achieved the main objective of the contest, the drawing looks very seasonal and the season fits the character. 
Another thing to highlight are those bats, they look cute and yet realistic, very well drawn!, some artists struggle drawing animals but not your case, they look awesome!
The background matches the color palette of Cocoa, helps to create the Halloween atmosphere and serves as a perfect frame for the character.
