I really like how the vines go throughout her head, and the angle of the head gives this an amazing whimsical feeling. Only thing I'm concerned about is how the vines don't follow the same lighting as the person. If you are able to, try to get the sections of vines in shadow to be a bit darker than the sections in a lighter spot. You do have a good contrast between the face and hair, but there isn't really a contrast between the face and under the chin, this makes it look more two dimensional rather than a full 3D. I really like this though, Nice work.
