Like most recruits of the Agency, Rhen uses these gauntlets to shoot darts that either neutralizes or take down enemies as well as advanced weaponry. The darts vary from tranquilizers to explosive darts to EMP darts and many more. Unlike Mai's stilettos during Avatar Aang's time, these gauntlets shoot at a fast and longer range.

Like her relatives, Rhen possesses amounts of metalbending abilities in the Police Force as well as the Agency. She can shoot and swing cables as well as create shields, alter forms of metal as well as earth and uses it both for combative and mobile means. She also one of the few elite metalbenders who can also harness the use metalbending pure materials such as platinum.

-- Hand-To-Hand Combat
Like most bending and nonbending recruits, Rhen has learnt hand-to-hand combat in the Agency whenever her abilities has been neutralized or in ground zero.

-- Advanced Gadgets & Weaponry
With the use of military and governmental funding for the agency, Phoenix uses a number of highly-advanced armaments to takedown various threats such as flash-grenades, miniature explosives, EMP shockwaves, platinum turrets and many more.

BACKGROUND:
Rhen Beifong is the youngest child of Lin Bei Fong, former Chief of Republic City's Police Department and close relatives to Suyin's family as well as Mako and Bolin. She is also cousins with Bolin and Opal's second son,Nuktuk, who just recently recruited to the Phoenix-121 Agency. Similar to Tenzin, Rhen was always the serious one amongst her siblings. When they were young, Poppy was carefree and outgoing just like her Aunt Suyin, Kanto was more of a people's person and did crazy things alongside Hiroshi Sato Jr. and Nuktuk. For Rhen, she wanted to work in the force just like her mother did.

At age 16, She became skilled in the art of metalbending along with other earthbending subelements and later studied in the police academy. Unfortunately, she went a bit overboard when it came to arresting suspects and interrogating them with extreme and unsettling measures. She later on got fired on the job which upsetted her mother. Four years later, Rhen decided to be recruited in the United Forces just to discipline herself and serve her country. She also became great colleagues with Kuzon Sato and better examples in their respective offices in the end.

As time moved on, Rhen coincidentally reunited with Kuzon and was asked to let him join the Phoenix-121 Agency as a special opportunity to help the world as well as a well-paid job offer. Rhen agreed to join and became later commander in the ranks. Aside from her achievements, Rhen also underwent secret programs in the art of platinum bending. Rhen still upholds her duties under the Agency's wing.
