Your work is definitely improving which is always good to see. The tonal range of this one is better than some of your earlier work which could look a little washed out. I like the choice of where you've cropped this, I don't think including a lot of leg in this would have worked.
Lighting wise it's not too bad - the lighter area around your head is a little distracting although not massively so. Perhaps a little selective burning would help to improve this one. The only other negative point for me is that the line off the duvet which runs down from the left is a little distracting, but in all honesty that's a very minor point and your pose more than compensates for that.
All in all a nice piece of work. You're getting better so keep at it. Well done.
