Description
The overall inspiration came from a house ornament we got at home which consists of an Owl statue in the entrance. Obviously I made reference to real Owls photography when it came to coloring. This canvas painting was done by making use of acrylics. Originally the above image was intended to be painted during a reenactment event, but since I was taking part in my Medieval costume, I was too busy doing other stuff

Apart from the brief description from where I got my inspiration, I must really confess that I'm literally obsessed with owls I got a lot of collectibles including various statues... I these creatures very much, I just wish I could own one someday I might be naming it Hedwig after Harry Potter's owl
