Kicked it up a notch for this one.First time trying my hand at that vintage air-brush style. Turned out pretty not awful.

Pretty good on a technical aspect! The shading is great, the style is verry 50's, on this aspect, nothing to say, you did a great job. The only suggestion I could do would be to do a more dynamic composition. Actually, everything is in the center wich gives a verry static picture wich is not bad by itself but I would think you'd get a better result by being closer of the character's face and putting her in the right portion of the pciture. She would take around of two tirds of the page's width (see rule of the thirds) and it would give her more importance. Then, the title of the poser could follow the curve of her head and the song titles would be on the left side of the composition forming a column with the "Happy Hour All Night!!" and the pictoram. Overall, this is really well done and composed. Every element in this picture seems to go well together. The typography works out quite nicely. The subject in the middle looks rwell done.

Well, I asked my 9yo daughter (who is a huge Marceline fan) what she thought of it, and she answered, "Oh my GLOB!!!" with age-appropriate shrieks of joy. I tried to work the magnification to avoid any of the identifiers like the title or Lumpy Space Princess, and she pegged it quick. So it's a pretty good job, I think
I love the logo for the Candy Kingdom Lounge -- could be '20s, could be '40s.
