Ugh, yeah. It's not very user friendly. All your pics must be .jpeg and under 450kb but my photos automatically save s .png it's annoying to have to convert them. And the navigation tools make no sense.

Yeah, I did too the first time, but despite it's flaws it's a great way to connect with cosplayers you only see once or twice at cons, and the forums are pretty good.
