As someon else said, this is Pareidolia. Basically. the brain tricks people into seeing faces.
This is actually a baby's back, with oddly placed tummy lines.

That's possible. I've also heard people speculate that it's photoshopped.
But it is a real picture of a pregnant woman though, named Karen and the baby itself is 25 weeks developed in the womb. But I think the picture is real, even if the "nose" is the bellybutton and the"mouth" is just a belly crease. The bump and the eyes just look too real and I see no explanation for them. Plus, I've seen videos where babies stick their heads out of their mothers' bellies, only their scalps but still, really, really creepy stuff.
