since i was child and first watched Phineas and Ferb, i have wanted to make Perry a human version.bUT I COULD NEVER GET A DESIGN I LIKED!!! Plus, i really wanted to give him a human form that didn't look like an anime boy with green hair and a tail oof-
So this is what i have, and tbh, i really like this design. He looks vaguely like Perry, so i might change him into and oc or smth (singe my god i fell in love with his hair aaAA)
