There are some within the FNDM who believe Yang should not get a new arm. These people are dezgra savashri surats. Yang absolutely should get a new arm. However, I do believe she should only take it after SHE PERSONALLY feels she has "earned it" which she clearly does not. That could mean learning to kick ass with one arm first then taking the new one, which could lead to some interesting scenes later...
Mook: "Little lady you can't possibly hope to beat me! (maniacal laughter)"
