It's fluttershy (hair style and tail), Rarity (Makeup and skin), Applejack (hair color), and Rainbow Dash (eye color) all mixed up

I don't know why, but the fact that they used something that either is or looks A LOT like Fluttershys hair really annoys me. But this artwork is cute, great and adorable as always ^^ very nicely done ^^

probably because an underlying theme of being a princess is Grace, beauty and subtlety. If you can name one pony who oozes this qualities more than Fluttershy, I would be very impressed. Of course by that logic...why ain't Fluttershy a princess? idk but yea you get my point.
