OMG Finally finish... This was a pain in the arse to do!
I have working whit it non stop, it took more than one day to do and it is hard to do all the details.

Very cute mane 6 picture here.
Very good lighting and shading here, and an overall excellent use of color. Β All the ponies are nice and vibrant, which makes them stand out from the background nicely. Β The shading is subtle, but gives the piece your own style.
The background is well done - very nice too look at, but less vibrant than the ponies so it doesn't distract from the real subject. Β Some nice little touches - looks like Cloudsdale wished for a nice ocean view, and Rarity will be happy indeed to see the gems, though might be less happy to see that crab.
But the best part of this piece is the positioning. Β You've done a great job of placing everyone close together, so that they are in each other's space. Β This gives them a closeness of feeling and friendship, not just of position. Β Furthermore, their interactions are perfect - we have Rarity moving her head around Applejack, to ensure as much of her mane as possible will show up. Β Applejack is moving Twilight's tail out of the way, and that is such a cute expression on her face as well. Β The wing five Rainbow and Twilight are giving each other is adorable. Β Finally, Pinkie appears to be waving frantically at the camera, while Flutershy is a little too shy to feel comfortable about this.

So the ponies deserve a relaxing beach vacation, but the kid who doesn't have any other friends, does just as much work despite being weaker, and shows them nothing but dedication and loyalty, doesn't? If the number of characters was a challenge, you could've neglected Fluttershy, Rarity, or some other less-interested pony to make room for Spike. The content of this picture just leaves me wondering where he is while all six of his friends are having fun without him, and how they can justify leaving him behind.

I said less interested, not less important. And the mane six are not adults getting away from a kid; in the show, he gets along with them just as well as they do with each other, and he's definitely not that much younger than they are. Lauren Faust stated in the Elements of Harmony Guide that love having him around, and have no reason to take a vacation to "get away" from him. He doesn't get along with the CMC, as shown in Just for Sidekicks.
If I sound like I'm belittling Twilight's bond to the ponies who opened her up to friendship, it's because everyone else belittles her bond to her best friend. He provided her with love and companionship during a time in her life in which she had no other friends (Cadance was done foalsitting her), and has shown her more loyalty, devotion, and commitment than the other Element Bearers will ever be able to.
