Terribly formal in addressing anyone. He is not quite as lonesome as you might think. He is good with public relations. He used to be a lieutenant before he was called to become an assassin.
He has the usual assassin abilities. Sports a chameleon suit, gas mask, hanging wires and clasps, radio and other electronics.
