I like your way of portraying the scenes. It's not like the drawings that have a more serious touch to them.

Wonderful! The lighting through the trees is cool... and i love the way you use the coloured paper to your advantage! It adds such a different feel than white paper.

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings were some of the first books that I read as a kid. I can't claim that I understood the whole thing at the time, but I have very fond memories of those books.

For me this is also a a special book, lost and found I've read it, when I knew nothing of Tolkien, I couldn't remember the author's name and I was very suprised to find this book again 20 years later
