1. Thanks 2. I've just checked and it was Iris Canson 185g. I have bought beige and sand colors, I think this one was beige. It's  good paper to draw on, the surface is just right; not too smooth and not too rough. At least for me it works, I know this is individual.

honestly, I've always believed crayons are quite controllable... they don't flow away in random directions, like my paints do. I have trouble with contrast; I add ink in darkest places, otherwise it's all flat. I've no idea how people can achieve deep saturated colors with crayons.
