Oh wow *O* ! This is such an adorable picture! I'm not too familiar with either Pokémon, but this scene really thugs my heart strings 
Additionally, you did an astounding job on the unterwater scenery. I love the blades of seewead moving around with the water currents and the tiny bubbles floating around the two Pokémon! My Snorkling Trio-commission probably somewhat helped you there 
Sorry for being so late to comment on this picture... Until a week or so ago, I was incredibly busy with college, but that is now all over, because I have finished college

Glad you like the scenery used here! I'm continuing to work hard on creating colorful environments. I'm also trying to be faster with them as well. And yeah, I believe that commission did help me a bit!

Thank you for congratulating me! I didn't really have 'finals', but I needed to do two internships over the course of the past five months, both of which I was able to pass. Sadly, I haven't really been able to relax yet, due to fear/anxiety issues, but I hope those will be over in a few weeks time
