last year I drew Victoria Justice, and I decided to draw her again this year to see if I can improve on it. personally I think this one is way better then the other one I used pastel chalk in pencil form, and colored pencils. about 20 hours of time. I couldnt use a scanner because im starting to use a bigger paper for my art, which doesnt fit in the scanner.
