Bestiary artwork for Endless Realms , a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.Obligatory lizardfolk! I imagine they're one of those cases of being a pretty primitive race, but nonetheless having a fairly developed culture. Based this guy pretty closely on basilisk lizards, because they're cool :b

*nods* Yeah, I mean, he looks pretty intent on whatever he's hunting/fighting right now, but he doesn't look inherently unfriendly or cruel - he probably WOULD be a perfectly fine companion. Heh, makes me think of when one of the Doctor Who companions was basically a cave girl/Amazon warrior :b
