A Mathushek grand piano - made by the Mathushek Piano Co. of New Haven, Conn., about the year 1865. Viewed at the old Molson schoolhouse museum near Oroville, WA.Very beautiful and unique-looking grand piano - I don't think I've seen this design before, but seeing this made me want one :b

Pretty. I love cool pianos. The only time I've seen one of these was at the organ orphanage in Blaine, WA. [link] (different model, but same idea)

Yeah, I wished I could play it, but... yeah. There was also an antique player piano sitting beside it, which was cool - the guy played it for us - but as for appearances, it really just looked like a regular piano but with the window cut into it, and pump pedals instead of normal ones.
