Description
An illustration for Fox Amoore's song, The Lone Coyote , done as part of a trade: one illustration for him per song for me.Listen to the song: [link]
I was a little hung up on the background, but forced myself through it. I worked partly from a photo taken during my trip to Drumheller. Despite some remaining issues with the background and legs, I'm pretty happy with it :3
Edit: Slight repaint of the paws, and editted the shadow a bit.
8-9 hours Adobe Photoshop CS3.

This is magnificent! The rocks look so realistic, and I love the purple haze misting around the stars. The coyote is is so pretty, and the shadow looks so accurate. I really like how thoroughly made this is!

This has to be one of the most beautiful works of art I have seen in a very long time. I love nature and nighttime pics, so I instantly adored this piece. It's is sooooo beautiful. The detail on the coyote is pretty good and the shades of blue and purple in the sky are absolutely brilliant. Love it! =]
