o wow. that is so good. even tho it is the pieces not the actualy finished picture haha. wow..i couldnever draw like that.. my wolves always look...lopsided haha..and im always drawing for perfection . even in elementary school after i got my first art award XD 2nd place for some fish lol i was like wow. i got 2nd place for that?

Jen, you have done a great amount of work and detail whit this picture.
The phase that you name sketch is equals whit my best known pics that I ever done. This is maybe my fault maybe not my ones. I never learnt how to draw, except the lessons at elementary school. Only two years ago I started to draw, really.
Maybe you have drawn even when you was in elementary shool. Maybe you had your intrest in drawing(not art, that is the whole) so you had your base to build up your skills.

*nods* Indeed, I have always drawn, even through elementary school. I didn't always draw seriously, or for perfection - I drew for fun. Now, I'm drawing more for perfection, and for trying to give form to my imagination.
Well, I'm glad you've at least started to draw! Drawing can be a great way to express one's self - you've coming along quite nicely for a beginner, then! Because all great artists had to start somewhere... Keep it up - I think you'll do well! Just use lots of references for practice.
