WHO LOVED IT!?!?
IT WAS AMAZING. Fuck critics, this is one of the best adaptations I have ever seen. If only Transformers could have been like this, and not a giant Michael Bay circle jerk.
Wish I have made this picture better, but it was maybe a 20 min doodle. NICE BROKEN ARM ASH! WAY TO MESS UP SPEED UGH.

Love it! Awesome colors, I like how it's all sketchy and crazy. That kid is moving too fast for his outlines and colors to catch up with him!

Man I agree the live action Speed Racer movie was freaking amazing! So much like the anime, espically that part after the first leg of the cross country race..where Speed is standing there in his trademark anime clothes talking to Racer X..looked like he had stepped out of the tv show and into real life.
If fans watching the movie didn't scream out wether out loud or in their heads "GO SPEED GO!" during that final race..then they should be ashamed! I can't wait until the DVD is released next month.

I'm kicking myself for listening to reviews and critiques saying how bad this movie was. So I didn't see it in theaters. But I downloaded it, and OMG, I love it. I wish I didn't listen to those jerks and just went to see it in theaters. Now I must buy the dvd when it comes out.

I walked into that movie theater today and thought it would be horrible and I ended up crying in the movie ;A; oh god, such a good movie. Who the hell has the right to give this a bad rating? IT WAS GREAT EEEUUGH. Then I went and watched Indian Jones right after and was disappointed D8> SPEED RACER WAS WAY BETTER.

I fucking loved this movie, and I've since downloaded the series to watch as well. While Speed isn't as badass as Emile Hirsch is in the movie, it's still pretty epic xD Totally crushin' on him. The above comments make me happy : DD

Totally agree. The movie was one of the best adaptions to a cartoon I've ever seen (totally fell in love with Racer X again...). I don't get why so many people have hated on it.

LOVED IT. My friends and I all went, and there were, like, only 8 other people in the theater. XD We were so obnoxious, laughing too loud and cheering for Speed to win.
The only thing we found disappointing (my friends waited through all the credits too, just to make sure) was that there were no "aha-ha-ha" endings to any of the sentences. But we've begun to end our sentences with bad, loud laughing to make up for it.
