Water-based markers. Tends to shave off their life expectancy blending them like that, but then I don't think I can say their sacrifice was entirely in vain.

This is ridiculously cool. The lighting reminds me of the superman animated series, but more detailed. One suggestion is to tone down the glow on supes heat vision, its kind of overpowering (not much though).

There is currently an art contest featuring members of the Legion of Doom underway at a website I go to quite often. The deadline is April 5, 2006 and I would really like you to consider putting this picture into the contest!
(The legion of Doom was like the Secret Society of Villains in the ‘70’s in case you didn’t know.)
