I'm mad at it right now though since the last update. 2 months now its been freezing and losing connection with my phone app. I finally just called them today since I just don't have the time. Was on the phone close to an hour and then lost the connection with them 
So frustrated with it right now. I just don't have the time to deal with it.

That sucks mate...been thinking of getting a GPro for couple of years now,mainly for my Mountain biking but keep finding a reason to spend my cash on something else

Still haven't heard back from the email support but I got it working myself.
I sure missed it.
It was just an update problem. They showed me how to do manually. Then had the new issue with connection. I deleted the old WiFi connection and ready connected. Works great now.
