-Lei Fei: Part of a sect of monks tasked with eliminating practitioners of forbidden marital arts by a long passed emperor. He also secretly aims to learn these arts for his own purposes as well.

-Dr. Zan: A scientist who, due to circumstance, worked for the X Syndicate. The syndicate's eventual betrayal put him in cybernetics, as well as in direct conflict with Syndicate.

-Estel Aguirre: A Wood Oak City cop with a bare knuckle approach to stopping any and all criminals she sets her sights on, no matter what stands in her way.

-Nagi Hojo: Leader of the all-female gang "Dogma", who's looking to put the women of Dogma at the head of the local underworld, and the men of their rivals, and the world, at their feet.

-Toru Kurosawa: Boss of the "Roppongi Hardcore Boys", who wants to rule the underworld by crushing all his rivals underfoot.

-Vitamin: A magical heroine who fights the forces of evil and corruption as the leader the HealHers team. Based on the "HealHers:Nutrieal" series.

-Mifune: A dragon warrior who traverses the land, righting wrongs on his quest to a avenge his master. Based "Brave warrior Mifune" toyline.
