Good picture, I think I know two of them. You seem to have gotten the focal points a little confused, it seems the sign in the background is more in focus than the subjects. Nice anyway.

Its a technique for low light event photography - bump the aperture up to about f18 with rough manual focus and a falsh; much more responsive as theres literally no auto-focus hunting
...only problem is, the depth of field is MASSIVE - so with my slr, which has its fair share of dust on the sensor - it picks that up too... meaning healing on photoshop :/
So yeah, maybe it is...
