Reminds me of the league of legends champion Katarina. I like her design, very neat.
I used to use a burning rose as my icon, particularly for a role-playing character I used to use in Vampire the masquerade. He was a member of the Toreador clan who's symbol is a rose.

Vampire *the Masquerade. It's a great game that was developed and published by White Wolf. It used to part of what was called the world of darkness (now the 'Classic world of darkness'), which included books on werewolves, Mages, Fae, and much much more. Sadly it's not in print anymore. However, they have a new version called Vampire The Requiem (which is part of the "new world of darkness" or WoD if your hip). Personally I loved the character/story of the old books but like the gaming system of the new ones better.
Toreadors were known for being artists and sensualists, and the most social of the vampires (at least when it came to humans). However, as much as they loved beauty they were cursed to be obsessed with it and can become entranced with it. Be it a sunrise, a stunning mortal, or an amazing painting, they longed for it and yet couldn't truly enjoy it. Master craftsmen in Toreador can never perfect their art and are tormented by it. My character (named Spike XP) sought beauty and perfection in destruction rather then creation, hence his personal symbol. He believed true beauty could not exist forever, because it only existed in the moment something was destroyed. BTW, Toreador means bullfighter.
^^ Katarina is one of my fav champs. And I should have seen the Erza influence. ><

This Vampire the Masquerade seems like a great game and would be great to be a vampire and not that Twilight crap either I am talking about the genuine deal here! ^^ I wish I could get to play it but you said they are no longer making those oh well I hardly have time for it anyway. TTwTT
Also this Toreadors clan I love that their name comes from bullfighters it sounds tough. If I could I definitely be apart of this clan! We have so much similarity it's so unlikely but happy that other share my beliefs and yes I believe in this system of art. My philosophy is Art is Destruction, Destruction is Creation, Creation is Beauty, Beauty is Art, and so on it's like the cycle of both Life and Alchemy. Although I am not really obsessed as they are I think. I just have a strong belief in my art and always seek absolute perfection! That's why I always strive to improve my skills every time. I do share their grief when my art doesn't live up to my expectations though. -_-;
I don't blame you Katarina is one of my favorite champions as well! ^^ It's okay the Erza influence or any of the other three would throw people off as well. Fun fact for you most of my OC have heavy influences from many of my favorite shows when I was growing up, video games, and even people I've met in real life. Damian, Chelsea, and Craig were base on people I really cared for. Dip is based on the Cheat from Homestar Runner, Blake is sort of based on Sonic the hedgehog but won't go much into detail. Dr. Sewemup is based a little of Prof. Stein, Frank North is based as a younger but not as talented Frank West from the Dead Rising Series, Aaron, Krystal, Robert, and Mark Guzman are base on people with animal like qualities I name the Animans, and last Darkronas is base on three of my favorite super villians from Power Ranger and they are Lord Zed, Rancid, and my number one favorite Mesogog. Well I got quite the list here oh I forgot Joel looks are based on me as well after all he is my alternate self. But his personality is as dark as his intentions like the darkness that dwells within me. His outfit is sort a mix between my actual hoodie, the Akatsuki's, and Father Anderson and Alucard from Hellsing. Sorry if I chat to much but it's always great to talk to some about stuff like this anyway thanks Tirusr.

^^ well the destruction thing was Spike, not the Toreadors. I think they had more of beauty should be eternal (like them). Spike was a young rebellious vampire. Sadly his end was premature before I could really have fun with him. I might have had a better chance if I had joined the Anarchs. (there are 4 factions, Camarilla ('good guys' kinda.. not really.) Sabbat (these guys are where the horror vampire stories come from, aka "Really Bad guys", Anarchs (those that seek freedom from the elder vampires rigid society.) and finally independent or unaligned clans.) There are 13 clans in all with a bunch of other bloodlines (rare vampire groups that lack the status to be called clans). Each with distinct histories, powers, weaknesses and reputations.
While the books are no longer being printed you can get them. White Wolf has digital copies available from Drivethrurpg.com. Plus they also have the new version which is still cool.
Everyone draws inspiration from the world around them and what the have been exposed to. Truly novel ideas are rare. I think it's more important to have a unique execution of an idea then the idea itself. ^^ Also, I'll never mind hearing this stuff. It's cool to know what inspired stuff.

Not surprizing. ^^ Many things turn out very different then originally intended.
To be fair Spike probably deserved his fate, he wasn't the most..... subtle character if you get my meaning. He has since had a couple of incarnations of one type or another. I had my fun later in a one shot game where I stole the prince's (leader of a city or territory in the Camarilla) car and gave it to a drunk homeless man who then totaled the car in a police chase. Good times.

Don't feel bad for spike, he is a concept more then a character. He's a what if of me. "What if I was more reckless? What if I was more callous? What if..." well you get the idea. He's supposed to get into trouble, it's a big part of the fun for the character.
^^
