For me, yes, but it is also other things. It's in the context of the series "where we look for truth", so maybe she want to crucify the ability for people to look for truth in her flesh. Maybe she feels that people judge her, and is saying 'take your best shot'. It's a lot of things, only some of which I can articulate, but the only really important thing is what it means to you, or to anyone else.
